Docpoint Express

Docpoint express is the desktop integrated component for Docpoint.
With Docpoint Express your Docpoint system becomes a full knowledge management tool for your business.
Docpoint Express software is installed on any PC that will be adding files to the Docpoint server. Docpoint Express lets users select a file from windows by right clicking on a file, then sends that file to be stored in Docpoint.

When a file is sent to Docpoint, Docpoint Express displays an indexing screen where the user fills in attributes that describe the file. Those attributes are stored with the file and are used later to retrieve files from Docpoint. Docpoint may also handle automatic deletion of files or move files to secondary storage based on the retention date stored with the file.
