Invoices are scanned upfront then added to the Approve workflow system for processing. Approve takes care of routing the invoice to the appropriate person Australia wide. A full audit trail is maintained and all invoices are securely stored in Docpoint after the payment routing is complete.
The system caters for around 5000 invoices per month but that number is expected to increase to more than 25,000 invoices per month as additional divisions are added.
