The Kodak ScanStation 500 offers an innovative touch screen user interface and is fully integrated with Docpoint.
So capturing and indexing your records is as simple as 'load, scan, store'.
Load your documents into the ScanStation document feeder and select the application by touching the screen. The smart interface lets you choose the category, like name, company, or account etc. and can automatically add details like the type of document.
Documents are automatically indexed and stored in Docpoint as they're scanned, eliminating the need for additional data processing or data entry.
Because the ScanStation sends the documents straight to Docpoint, your documents are immediately available to Docpoint users. Or you could add a workflow step and have the ScanStation route documents via Approve for automated approval or processing.
